Customer satisfaction is Attensity’s top priority. In order to meet our customers’ growing demands, Attensity introduced a quality management system (QMS) years ago, which fulfills the newly introduced DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 standards. Attensity has been certified accordingly. Consistent compliance of our business processes with our customers’ requirements is fundamental for our QMS. Quality objectives given by Attensity management are continuously pursued and verified. The entire system is tailored to practical daily use and guaranteed by continual training and improvement processes: processes within the system are documented and updated; compliance to documented processes is constantly monitored.

Quality starts with the employee

Every single Attensity employee carries responsibility in fulfilling quality demands and is aware that it has direct impact on customer satisfaction. This is achieved through meeting agreed terms and customer expectations and delivering premium products, services and competent support. Based on cooperation, reliability and motivation, we continue to build mutual trust with our customers. In our customer projects, we first sit down and analyze the challenges and technological environment together with our customers. Following this phase, we tailor the perfect solution and implementation strategy to improve our customer’s business processes. If desired or needed, a topnotch team of Attensity experts provide for smooth and efficient realization of the respective IT projects. We do not perceive our job to be done once the consultancy phase is concluded, but consider our service to the customer as a driving force behind our success.
