Advanced Data Analysis Software Provider Secures Listing on GSA Schedule; Expands Washington D.C. Office

MOUNTAIN VIEW, California - March 22, 2004 -- Attensity, an emerging leader in advanced business intelligence and data analysis software for government agencies and commercial enterprises, announced that the General Services Administration has awarded a Multiple Award Schedule Contract No. GS-35F-0261 to Attensity ensuring that its patented software is readily available to government buyers. The contract calls for a five-year base term with an option for five additional years. The company also expanded its operations in the Washington D.C. area.

Attensity's solutions enable government organizations to transform unstructured data into valuable, actionable information. The company's unique software automatically extracts critical data from free-form text and combines it with structured information, giving government agencies the insight they need to quickly respond to - or take precautions against - potentially costly or dangerous events. The software is currently in use in numerous federal agencies, primarily in the critical areas of threat detection, intelligence, homeland security and law enforcement.
