Attensity’s Business Process Management and Workflow technology enables users to define the different flows that users, customers and data takes through the Attensity applications. Users can define what data can be accessed, when certain permissions are required, and how customer problems should be escalated within the organization. These “workflows” automatically create the software business rules that execute based on the user and the data they are requesting and interacting with.
Through an easy-to-use, drag and drop interface, users can define each step in their business processes – identifying where data should flow, how escalation paths should execute and which users can access the applications and for what purposes. The user interface allows business users and data managers to define and set-up workflows quickly and easily.
