Support Hours and Holidays

Attensity Support is available Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time.

All support issues that are logged on a holiday or during non-business hours, will be handled the next business day.

The 2012 holiday schedule is listed below:

Attensity Maintenance Windows

Attensity performs ongoing, proactive maintenance on the hardware and software systems and communications circuits that provide services to our customers. When performing any maintenance with the potential of causing a service interruption, Attensity schedules this activity to take place during a pre-planned maintenance window. Attensity makes every attempt to perform such maintenance without disruption of service.

Attensity360 = 9:00pm – 11:00pm PT every Saturday and Tuesday.

Attensity on Demand = The typical maintenance window, when scheduled, is daily from 5:00PM to 8:00AM PT.

Attensity Respond for Social Media = 9:00pm – midnight PT every Saturday.
