Attensity Maintenance WindowsAttensity performs ongoing, proactive maintenance on the hardware and software systems and communications circuits that provide services to our customers. When performing any maintenance with the potential of causing a service interruption, Attensity schedules this activity to take place during a pre-planned maintenance window. Attensity makes every attempt to perform such maintenance without disruption of service. Attensity360 = 9:00pm – 11:00pm PT every Saturday and Tuesday. Attensity on Demand = The typical maintenance window, when scheduled, is daily from 5:00PM to 8:00AM PT. Attensity Respond = 9:00pm – midnight PT every Saturday. Attensity Pipeline = 9:00pm – midnight PT every Friday. |
