CRAIG D. NORRIS
Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board

Craig is a high technology industry veteran with over 20 years of front line experience leading profitable organizations in the areas of strategy, operations and sales. He has served as chairman, CEO or COO of both private and public organizations, including Ion Systems, Workexchange Technologies and Connectinc.com. Craig has successfully navigated start-ups and early stage companies to IPO's and other significant funding events, and has been continuously engaged with the completion of major sales to Fortune 500 organizations. Craig also brings to Attensity a strong management consulting and systems integration background, having been a regional vice president for leading international consulting firm CAP Gemini America. Craig graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.A. degree in economics from Macalester College, St. Paul, MN and holds an MBA from Fairleigh Dickenson University, Rutherford, NJ.


VICE ADMIRAL E.A. BURKHALTER, JR., U.S. Navy (Ret.)
Chairman, Government Advisory Board

Throughout his more than 30-year career in government, Admiral Burkhalter has held several high level positions in the research and production programs for the Department of Defense. Since his retirement, he has chaired panels for the Department of Defense, Department of Energy and led a government task force that addressed counterterrorism and counter narcotics for President George H. W. Bush. Admiral Burkhalter is a recipient of the Distinguished Service Medal, the Legion of Merit, and has been decorated by King Olaf of Norway. Admiral Burkhalter is a graduate of the U.S. Navel Academy with a B.S. degree in engineering.


RONALD F.E. WEISSMAN, Ph.D.

Most recently a partner at Apax Partners, Weissman is currently managing existing investments in Apax's venture portfolio as Apax recently changed its focus from venture to global buyouts. He serves on the boards of Attensity, Centerbeam, Chiliad, Composite Software, Nanomix and Solid Information Technology. Weissman is a member of the Band of Angels and is an advisor to a number of early stage companies including Cataphora, Kalat and Modius and has served as advisor or board member to more than twenty-five other technology firms. As an investor, his emphasis is on enterprise and infrastructure software and services with a particular focus on applications of information retrieval and text analytics.

Weissman has more than 25 years experience in high technology operations and marketing. Prior to Apax, he was VP of global marketing and corporate development for Verity, a leader in enterprise information retrieval. Weissman also spent more than five years at NeXT Computer, where he managed European and corporate marketing. A frequent conference speaker, he has published extensively on software trends and has been an advisor to many public and private organizations, including Apple, NeXT, Sun Microsystems, IBM and Microsoft as well as many departments of the U.S. government and was a co-author of the Academy of Public Administration/National Archives' study of the future of electronic recordkeeping in the federal government. Weissman received his BA, MA, and Ph.D. degrees from the University of California at Berkeley. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and is a former Fulbright Scholar.


DAVID FOLK

David is a partner at Jefferson Partners, an Attensity venture investor. David has served on the boards of numerous private and public companies and has been instrumental to the success of Jefferson portfolio companies including Quack.com (acquired by AOL), iStar (IPO, acquired by PSINET), Wescam (IPO, acquired by L-3 Communications (NYSE: LLL)), Applied Terravision (acquired by CGI). In addition to Attensity, David currently serves on the board of directors of TrueContext Corp.; Avotus Corporation; BoarderWare Technologies Inc. and Natural Convergence Inc. Passionate about social change, David co-founded, and is Chair of eMagine, a national philanthropic initiative aims to raise $1 billion in commitments from the entrepreneurial and investment community over the next decade. David is a Director and Chair of the Membership Committee of the Canadian Venture Capital Association. He is a member of Young President's Organization (YPO) and the Ontario Task Force on Competitiveness, Prosperity and Innovation.


C. WOODROW "WOODY" REA, JR.

Woody has been an active and successful venture capitalist and operating executive in Silicon Valley for over 20 years. He has used his entrepreneurial and leadership skills to build companies and his experience to guide the development of new enterprises. He currently serves as managing director of The Entrepeneurs' Funds, a $100 million venture capital firm involved with technology start-up organizations in the Silicon Valley. He has served on at least 25 boards of directors of early-stage companies and gone through every phase of a company's development from start-up to liquidity. He previously served as CEO, president and director of Spectrain Corporation, which he led through a successful IPO in 1994. He was also the founding president of Ultratech Stepper, now a public company. Early in his career he served as corporate counsel for General Signal Corporation. Woody holds a BA degree in Economics from the University of Rochester, a JD from George Washington University and an MBA from New York University.


AMANDA REED

Amanda is a partner with Palomar Ventures. Prior to joining Palomar, Amanda was the senior vice president of strategy and development for LogicTier, where she built and led the sales, business development and marketing teams of this Internet operations services provider. Before joining LogicTier in 1999, Amanda was previously vice president, marketing & business development at Connect, Inc., an early pioneer in Internet based e-commerce software and services. During her four years at Connect, she held leadership positions in sales, marketing and business development, including the launch of the company's first Internet-based product in 1995, a successful IPO in 1996 and a final restructuring of the company to reach profitability in 1998. In addition to Attensity, Amanda sits on the board of directors of Silver Creek Systems and Voxify. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Dartmouth College.


WILLIAM N. SHIEBLER

After a career as a Senior Executive in the asset management business, Mr. Shiebler is currently active in a variety of business, community, and charitable organizations. Until January 2007, he was an Advisory Vice Chairman and former CEO of the Americas of Deutsche Asset Management, the asset management arm of Deutsche Bank. Prior to that, he was a Senior Managing Director of Putnam Investments, and President and COO of Dean Witter's Intercapital Division. Mr. Shiebler is currently active in family investment businesses; TreeTops Investment LLC and TreeTops Corporation LLC. He is a Director of Oxigene Inc. and Attensity Corp., as well as an advisory board member of several corporations.

Mr. Shiebler was a member of the Presidential Commission on Medicaid, a Trustee of the Salt Lake Olympic Committee, a Trustee of Kean University and is currently Chairman of the Park City Center for Public Policy, and a Trustee of the U.S. Ski and Snowboard Team Foundation, among other charitable and community organizations. Mr. Shiebler is a resident of Park City, UT.
