Attensity Co-Founders to Participate in Text Mining Summit in Boston June 7-8

Palo Alto, Calif. - June 6, 2005 -- Attensity, the innovator in applications that analyze text, today announced the completion of its Enterprise Advisory Board. This distinguished board will complement Attensity's existing Government Advisory Board, lending strategic counsel and support to Attensity's sales, marketing and management teams. Also this week, Attensity's co-founders will speak on two occasions at the Text Mining Summit in Boston.

Ted Carman
Mr. Carman has spent over 25 years leading multi-brand hotel operations in the hospitality industry. As leader of the Midwest and East Coast hotel operations for Sunstone Hotel Properties, he helped guide the company through its successful 2004 initial public offering. Mr. Carman previously served as senior vice president and COO of Marriott Execustay and as vice president of franchise operations for Marriott Franchising. Mr. Carman currently serves on the Widener University Advisory Board, School of Hospitality Management.

James R. Emshoff
Mr. Emshoff is founder, chairman and CEO of IndeCap Enterprises, a consulting firm providing services on corporate restructuring issues and venture participation in the outsourcing of service functions. He served as chairman and CEO of Wellesly Medical Management, president and CEO of Citicorp Diners Club, and Group Executive of Campbell Soup Co.'s U.S. Soup Division. While on the faculty of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, he founded the Wharton Applied Research Center.

Martha Clark Goss
Ms. Goss is the COO and CFO of Amwell Holdings/Hopewell Holdings LLC, a healthcare reinsurance start-up. She previously held the position of CFO at Booz Allen & Hamilton. Earlier in Ms. Goss' career, she held the role of senior vice president within several groups of the Prudential Insurance Company, and also served as vice president and assistant treasurer at Chase Manhattan Bank. She is a trustee of the board of Brown University and president-elect of the Financial Women's Association of New York.

Thomas W. Hoog
Mr. Hoog is the former president and CEO of Hill & Knowlton, an international communications consultancy. He is a member of Hill & Knowlton's worldwide executive committee and currently serves as special counsel to global chairman. Mr. Hoog's public affairs experience includes serving as chief of staff for U.S. Senator Gary Hart of Colorado. Mr. Hoog is on the advisory boards of the Smithsonian Institution's National Air and Space Museum and the Vietnam War Memorial.

Paul S. Reid, CMB
Mr. Reid is a mortgage consultant to industry members and is also affiliated with First Republic Mortgage Corporation. He previously served as the president of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America, where he directed all management aspects of the 3,100-member organization. Prior to joining the MBAA, Mr. Reid founded Investors Home Mortgage Corporation. Upon its sale to American Home Funding (AHF), he served as AHF's president and CEO. He holds the prestigious Certified Mortgage Banker designation.

Eugene F. Swanzey
Mr. Swanzey is a founder and partner of Stonecroft Capital LLC, a Washington, D.C.-based investment bank. During his two decades with Chase Manhattan, he held the position of corporate vice president in the office of the chairman and served as the director of government affairs. Mr. Swanzey was also senior vice president for government affairs for the merged Chase and Chemical Bank. He was a cabinet member and staff assistant to Nelson A. Rockefeller, New York governor and later U.S. vice president.
